Happinet revealed new details about the anime adaptation of The White Mage Who Was Banished From the Hero's Party is Picked Up by an S-Rank Adventurer. The anime, based on Sora Suigetsu and DeeCHA's novels, will air in 2025. The artist of the manga, Wasabi Mukuno, celebrated the announcement with a special illustration.
Hiroshi Tamada (Glass Fleet, Arslan OVA) directs the project at Felix Film, with scripts by Akihiko Inari and character designs by Yūta Itō.
The fantasy follows Lloyd, a white mage banished from the hero's party who joins an S-rank adventurer's group, unaware of his incredible power.
