It has been announced that the fourth season of the TV anime “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime,” based on the original work by Fuse and Taiki Kawakami, will air for a total of five cours. The first two cours will be broadcast consecutively starting in April 2026.

Details about Season 4 were revealed alongside a special video during the live broadcast titled “TV Anime That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime – Season 4 Major Announcement Live Stream.” The special video was newly produced by Eight Bit, the studio behind the anime, and features Raphael (Wisdom King), Rimuru’s partner, delivering the new information.
Season 4 will depict the conflict between the Jura Tempest Federation, which has begun moving toward the realization of a world where humans and monsters can coexist by establishing diplomatic relations with various nations, and those who view the rise of Demon Lord Rimuru as a threat.
