The TV anime adaptation of Shizu Watanabe's "Dead Account" has been announced, starring Nobuhiko Okamoto as Souji Enjo. The story follows Souji, a former internet troll who lost his sister, as he gains the power to fight "Bake-Aka," digital ghosts of deceased accounts. He joins Miaden Academy with new allies. Voiced by Kouki Uchiyama and Fairouz Ai, the series promises a unique blend of modern spirit battles. The anime is produced by Synergy SP.
