The anime adaptation of Makiburo's novel "Akuyaku Reijou no Naka no Hito" and Nazuna Shiroume's manga adaptation has been greenlit. The manga concluded on May 30th. The story follows Emi, who reincarnated as the villainess Remilia and gets framed by the heroine. Remilia, regaining control, seeks revenge for Emi. The series boasts over 2 million copies in circulation. A prototype visual of Remilia was revealed alongside the official X account.
